INSTANT CSS / TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Terms of Use

The practical terms for using Instant CSS tools, learning resources, and downloadable code in your projects.

Last updated: October 13, 2026 · Published by Pacific Creation

Using the website

Instant CSS is published by Pacific Creation. These terms apply when you use our tools, educational content, and downloadable materials. Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of others. If you do not accept these terms, discontinue using the website.

Tools are offered without a subscription or registration requirement. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or long-term storage of your projects.

Template and generated code license

You may use, copy, modify, and incorporate Instant CSS-authored template code, component examples, and generated HTML/CSS in personal and commercial projects, including client websites. Attribution to Instant CSS is appreciated but is not required for that code.

This permission applies to code authored and offered by Instant CSS. It does not transfer ownership of the Instant CSS brand, website design, article text, or third-party assets. Do not present our articles or entire library as your own, or imply that we endorse your product.

External images, fonts, icons, libraries, and brand marks retain their own licenses and conditions. Replace sample assets or confirm that you have the necessary rights before publishing. A template download is not a license to every asset it references.

Your code and project data

You retain your rights in the content and code you supply. You are responsible for having permission to use your input and for checking your output before publication. Do not use the tools to create deceptive, malicious, or unlawful content.

Projects stored in the browser are not cloud backups. Export important work and keep your own copies. Browser data can be cleared by you, your browser, or a device administrator.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to website infrastructure or another person’s data.
  • Do not disrupt availability, bypass access controls, or use the website to distribute malware.
  • Do not upload or execute code you do not trust. Previewed code may make external requests.
  • Do not use sample forms or templates to impersonate an organization or collect personal data deceptively.

Examples, testing, and limitations

Tools and examples are provided as available. They are starting points for development, not a guarantee of browser compatibility, accessibility, security, performance, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular project.

Test generated code at relevant screen sizes and in your supported browsers. CSS validation here performs limited checks; it is not a substitute for a standards validator or testing. Forms require your own submission handling and data protection arrangements. SEO utilities do not guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking, or advertising approval.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Pacific Creation is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on sample content, third-party services, or lost browser storage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Contact us about permissions, content corrections, accessibility issues, or other questions using the details below. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, and our Disclaimer explains the limits of educational material and sample assets.
